Claims (1)
- 軸心に対して傾斜した少なくとも一つの反射面
を有する光偏向素子を回転自在に軸支し、この光
偏向素子の軸心と方向が一致する光軸が前記反射
面上に位置するレーザ光源を設けた光走査装置に
おいて、駆動モータの回転軸に連結されて回転自
在に軸支された回転部材を設け、この回転部材に
光偏向素子を変位自在に支持して位置決め固定す
る反射面角度調整機構を設けたことを特徴とする
光走査装置。
