Claims (1)
行配置された遮光羽根と、 該基板上において開方向及び閉方向に往復回動
可能に支持されており、該遮光羽根を作動して該
露出開口の開閉を行なう為のレバー部材と、 電圧印加により順方向に電歪変位し該レバー部
材を開方向に駆動するとともに、逆方向に復帰変
位する事により該レバー部材を閉方向に駆動する
為の電歪素子と、 該電歪素子による該レバー部材の閉方向駆動を
制御する為に該レバー部材を閉方向に付勢してい
る弾性部材とからなるカメラ用シヤツタ。 2 該弾性部材は、該電歪素子の復帰変位開始か
ら該レバー部材の閉方向始動までの遅延を実質的
に防止する為に有効な付勢力を有する請求項1に
記載のカメラ用シヤツタ。 3 該弾性部材は、印加電圧除去に応じて復帰変
位する該電歪素子により駆動される該レバー部材
の閉方向回動を加速する為に有効な付勢力を有す
る請求項1に記載のカメラ用シヤツタ。 4 該弾性部材は、復帰変位後の該電歪素子に残
る残留歪にかかわらず該レバー部材を所定の休止
位置に保持する為に有効な付勢力を有する請求項
