[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a diaphragm for a speaker, and particularly to a diaphragm for a speaker in which a surface material made of a propylene resin containing a specific amount of graphite is coated on the front and back surfaces of a core material. [Prior Art] In general, the physical properties required for a speaker diaphragm include light weight, high specific modulus, and low loss coefficient.
The reason is that tanδ is large. Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a conventional side German trench structure diaphragm, in which aluminum foil (20 to 60 μm) is laminated as a surface material 2 to both sides of a honeycomb core 1a as a core material, as shown in Fig. 4. In some cases, a plastic composite material such as fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) was bonded to both sides of the honeycomb core 1a as a surface material. There are also some that use foam material as the core material (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-7278). [Problem to be solved by the invention] The conventional speaker diaphragm as described above is relatively lightweight and has a high specific elastic modulus, but has the problems of having a small loss coefficient and being expensive. Ta. The present invention was made to solve these problems, and by using a propylene resin containing a specific amount of graphite as the surface material of the core material, it is lightweight, has a large specific modulus, and has a low loss coefficient. Another object of the present invention is to provide a loudspeaker diaphragm that is large and inexpensive. [Means for Solving the Problems] A speaker diaphragm according to the present invention is constructed by adhering a surface material made of a propylene resin containing 5 to 40% by weight of graphite on the surface of a core material. be. [Function] In the present invention, since a propylene resin containing a specific amount of graphite is used as the surface material, the loss coefficient is also increased due to its characteristics. [Example] Figure 1 shows a first example of a speaker diaphragm according to the present invention.
The same reference numerals are given to the same components as in the above-mentioned conventional example, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. In the figure, 3 is a surface material made of propylene resin mixed with graphite. In this example, the above-mentioned surface material 3 is provided on both sides of the honeycomb core 1a, and the surface material 3 is made of polypropylene resin containing 30% by weight of graphite, and is formed into a sheet with a thickness of 170 μm and a thickness of 3 mm. It is bonded to the honeycomb core 1a with an adhesive to form a diaphragm. Further, FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment in which a foamed material 1b is used as the core material 1, and the same effects as in the above embodiment can be achieved. Note that Comparative Example 1 is an example of a diaphragm evaluated in the same manner as in the first example except that polypropylene was replaced with high-density polyethylene. The following table shows the physical property values of the conventional example, the first and second embodiments, and comparative example 1. As is clear from the table, this example has, as compared to the conventional example, The loss factor increases. Further, Comparative Example 1 is inferior to the present example in specific elastic modulus and loss coefficient, indicating that the material of this example is a uniquely suitable material.

As explained above, in the present invention, the surface material to be adhered to the surface of the core material is a propylene resin containing 5 to 50% graphite.
Since it is formed from a 40% by weight compound, it can be formed into a sheet, resulting in low cost, high efficiency, and improved sound quality.
