いたので、畝の中央部が高くなりすぎることもあ
り、しかも、デイスクプラウにより耕起したれき
土がロータリ耕耘で膨軟化した上に乗るようにな
るので、中央側ではれき土の反転性が悪くなる惧
れもあつた。

置すると共に、この左右のデイスクプラウ間に、
外向耕耘爪を有しかつアツプカツト方向に回転す
る口開用ロータリ耕耘部を設け、前記デイスクプ
ラウをトラクタからの動力によつて強制駆動する
ようにした耕耘装置において、前記ロータリ耕耘
部を、その爪軸がデイスクプラウのデイスク軸と
略平行でかつ平面視ハの字状となるように左右に
一対設けると共に、該爪軸を前記デイスク軸とは
別体として該デイスク軸の前方に配置し、かつ、
該左右一対の爪軸の各内端側に設けられた耕耘爪
は、互いに左右方向に重複するよう配置されてい
る点にある。

<発明の効果> 本発明によれば、外向爪を有しかつアツプカツ

いるので、外向爪の回転によつて耕耘土塊及び圃

積極的に飛ばすことができる。従つて、従来のよ
うにトラクタ側へと前方に飛ばすことがなく、ま
た排ワラ等が外側方へと排除されるので、その巻
付き等を防止できる。しかも、ロータリ耕耘部は
耕耘土塊を前外側方へと飛ばすので、その耕耘跡
の口開け効果が良く、デイスクプラウによるれき
土の反転性を良好にできると共に、左右かられき
土を中央に寄せても、中央部分が特に高く盛上が
ることはなく、整畝効果が良好である。

プラウ11と左右一対の口開用ロータリ耕耘部1
2とを備えて成る。機枠10は中央部の入力ギヤ
ーケース13と、このギヤーケース13の両側に
設けられた支持筒14と、この支持筒14の各外
端から後下がり状に平面視ハの字状を呈するよう
に設けられた張出筒15と、その各張出筒15の
外端から下方に延びる伝動ケース16とを有し、
また各張出筒15はリンク17で補強されてい
る。各デイスクプラウ11は伝動ケース16と内
端側にギヤーケース18との間に回転自在に支架
されたデイスク軸19と、これに等間隔おきに固
設された複数個のデイスク20とから成り、左右
のデイスクプラウ11平面視ハの字状に配置され
ている。入力ギヤーケース13には、第3図に示
す如くトラクタ1のPTO軸3からの動入を自在
接手軸21を介して入力するように、入力軸22
及びベベルギヤー機構23が設けられ、このベベ
ルギヤー機構23支持筒14、張出筒15内の伝
動軸24、自在接手25、伝動軸26から伝動ケ
ース16内の巻掛伝動機構27を経て各デイスク
プラウ11のデイスク軸19に動力を伝達するよ
うに構成されている。ロータリ耕耘部12は爪軸
28と、これに植設された複数本の外向の耕耘爪
29とから成り、その爪軸28は各デイスク軸1
9と略平行でかつ平面視ハの字状となるように配
置されている。各爪軸28は中央前部の軸受ケー
ス30とギヤーケース18との間に回転自在に支
架され、また第4図の如くギヤーケース18内の
ギヤー31,32を介してデイスク軸19に連動
されており、この爪軸28はデイスク軸19とは
反対にアツプカツト方向(a矢示)に回転せしめ
られる。各ロータリ耕耘部12の耕耘爪29は実
施例では爪軸28上に一列状に設けられている
が、左右では位相が180度異なるようになつてい
る。各ギヤーケース13はブラケツト33を介し
ても機枠10に支持され、また軸受ケース30は
ブラケツト34を介して入力ギヤーケース13に
支持されている。ギヤーケース18は前下がり状
に傾斜して設けられており、爪軸28デイスク軸
19より下位にあり、ロータリ耕耘部12の半径
はデイスク20のそれよりも小である。35はロ
ータリ耕耘部12の上方側に設けられたロータリ
カバーで、ブラケツト34等に取付けられてい
る。なお、このロータリカバー35は耕耘土塊の
多くが前側方に飛散する程度のものとすることが
望ましいが、省くこともできる。

右のデイスクプラウ11のデイスク20がデイス
ク軸19廻りにb矢示方向に回転する。一方、デ
イスク軸19が回転すると、ギヤーケース18内
のギヤー31,32を介して爪軸28へと動力が
伝達され、左右のロータリ耕耘部12の耕耘爪2
9が互いに逆位相で干渉しないようにa矢示方向

がら中央側へと寄せて畝状にして行く。この場
合、前述の如く口開けが良いので、最内側のデイ
スク20は溝状部分の側方を耕起することにな
り、れき土36の反転性が非常に良好である。ま
た各デイスク20はロータリ耕耘部12による耕
耘土を耕起し反転させるため、中央部に耕耘土3
7が集められ、また耕耘跡を埋戻すようになるた
め、耕起後にできる畝も中央部が特に高くなると
いうことはなく、整畝効果が良好である。
