Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 装置本体が上ユニツトと下ユニツトに分れ、
上ユニツトが下ユニツトに対して回動可能な画像
形成装置において、上ユニツトに、画像形成装置
の構成部材である特定の部材を取外して固定する
固定部を設け、前記部材を前記固定部に保持させ
て上ユニツトを開放状態とすることにより、上ユ
ニツトの重心が閉止状態よりも回転中心をはさん
で反対側に移動した開放状態において、前記部材
が下ユニツト又は装置外の床に当接し、開放状態
を保持することを特徴とする画像形成装置。 ２ 画像形成装置の構成部材である特定の部材は
画像形成装置の保守点検時に取外す部材であるこ
とを特徴とする請求項１に記載の画像形成装置。
