  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 少なくとも放電器と露光装置と現像器とが対
    向配置された感光体を用紙搬送路上に位置させて
    オゾンを発生する印刷機構を本体ハウジングに内
    蔵し、この本体ハウジングに設けた排気機構の吸
    気側にオゾンフイルタが位置させた電子写真装置
    において、フイルタ密度が異なる複数のオゾンフ
    イルタを排気方向に従つてフイルタ密度が低くな
    るよう所定間隔を介して順次配置したことを特徴
    とする電子写真装置。 ２ 通気方向の厚さが異なる複数個のオゾンフイ
    ルタを排気方向に従つて厚さが大きくなるように
    順次配置したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の電
    子写真装置。 ３ 通気面の面積が異なる複数個のオゾンフイル
    タを排気方向に従つて面積が小さくなるように順
    次配置したことを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載
    の電子写真装置。
