有する被帯電体もしくは被帯電体を保持する支持
体の周面に接して転輪する少なくとも４個の回転
手段と、前記回転手段が前記周面に接するように
帯電器を弾発する弾性体と、帯電器を回動自在に
支持する支持手段とを備えていることを特徴とす
