層チツプインダクタの製作手順を説明する図であ
る。第２図ａおよびｂは、従来の積層チツプイン
ダクタの透過平面図およびその断面図である。第
３図ａ，ｂおよびｃは、従来の積層チツプインダ
クタの導体コイルの幅を変えた場合の透過平面図
とその断面図、および導体コイルの厚みを増した
場合の同じく断面図である。第４図ａ〜ｄは、本
考案の他の実施例における積層チツプインダクタ
の製作手順を説明する図である。第５図ａ〜ｃは
、さらに別の実施例における積層チツプインダク
タの製作手順を示す図である。第６図ａ，ｂおよ
びｃは、それぞれ上記実施例における積層チツプ

ていて、それぞれの導体コイルが形成する磁束の
向きが同一となるように構成されていることを特
