低下すると共に、中心部と外周部で洗浄差が生じ
る問題を有していた。

Claims (1)
浄して投光率の回復を図るヘツドランプクリーナ
において、 洗浄水供給部と連通する短筒部の筒壁と、該短
筒部の端部に構成した頂部壁の端壁面とから成る
渦流形成腔部に対して、上記頂部壁の前端に構成
し、正面形状が適宜曲率にて側縁上方へ向かつて
彎曲するか又は側縁下方へ向かつて彎曲した水切
縁と、該水切縁に対応して上記短筒部の前半部上
端に構成した正面形状が側縁上方へ向かつて彎曲
するか又は直線状になる彎曲縁と、該彎曲縁と水
切縁を両端部においてそれぞれ適宜曲率で連結し
た側縁とにより、洗浄水噴射口を開口して成ると
共に、 上記水切縁の平面形状が、彎曲縁の略内径対応
位置を適宜曲率の先端部始点とした嘴状突起を形
成し、該嘴状突起の稜線が略90度の頂角をもつて
構成されることを特徴とする ヘツドランプクリーナ用超広角ノズル。[Scope of Claims] 1. An ultra-wide-angle nozzle for a headlamp cleaner, characterized in that a beak-like protrusion is formed as a starting point at the tip, and the ridgeline of the beak-like protrusion has an apex angle of approximately 90 degrees.
