Detailed Description of the Invention [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention involves placing a liquid lining material and a lining object in a pipe, moving the object within the pipe, and displacing the lining material by the object. The present invention relates to a method of coating the inner surface of the pipe.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, the above method has been carried out using a resin such as an epoxy resin that is cured by mixing two components as a lining material (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 54795 of 1982).

The characteristic means of the present invention is that a resin that hardens at room temperature and softens when heated is used as a liquid lining material, and that the heated resin applied to the inner surface of the pipe by a lining object is hardened by the cooling action of the pipe. The effects are as follows.

In other words, when a lining material such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride is heated and softened and applied to the inner surface of a pipe, the lining material hardens within a few minutes due to the cooling effect of the pipe, resulting in rapid lining processing. is completed.

As a result, even if there is a large hole in the pipe, the hole can be reliably closed with the lining material without causing inconvenient situations such as failure to close due to the flow of the lining material. It is possible to reliably prevent troubles such as uneven thickness of the lining layer due to material flow, and to perform uniform and good lining processing.Furthermore, the lining work can be completed quickly, resulting in a good overall result. Lining processing can now be performed in a highly reliable state and with good work efficiency.

As shown in Fig. 1, an appropriate amount of liquid lining material 2 and a lining object 3 of an appropriate diameter commensurate with the inner diameter of the pipe and the thickness of the lining are put into the pipe 1 to be lined from one end thereof. . The lining material 2 is made of a resin that hardens at room temperature and softens when heated, such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, and is preheated to have appropriate fluidity.

As shown in FIG. 2, a lid 5 is attached to the pipe 1, pressurized gas is supplied from the blower 6 into the pipe 1, and the object 3 is fed under pressure within the pipe 1, and the lining material 2 is swept away by the object 3. and apply the applied lining material 2 to the inner surface of the pipe.
The lining layer 7 is formed on the entire inner surface of the pipe by hardening it by the cooling action of the pipe.

The shape of the object 3 can be changed into a spherical shape, a cannonball shape, etc., and the material and structure of the object 3 can also be changed as appropriate.
The lining material 2 may be inserted between the objects 3, and as shown in FIG. It is convenient to process a long pipe 1 if the heating device 8 and the object 3 are configured to be moved within the pipe 1, or if the heating device 8 is built into the object 3 itself.
