Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A container body and a lid are connected at their respective rear portions so as to be openable and closable, and a cosmetic storage portion is formed within the container body, and a space between the container body and the lid is provided. In a compact container, an elastic member is disposed on the inner periphery of the lower surface of the lid, and the elastic member fits into the opening of the cosmetic storage section to maintain airtightness when the lid is closed.
