Claims (1)
- 扇形状の複数の板体と、該板体の中心端部側か
ら半径方向に穿設された長孔と、下部に前記長孔
の幅より大きな径大部を有するピン部材とを備え
、上記板体の周方向の角部をそれぞれ重なり合う
板体の角部とを連結すると共に、上記ピン部材を
上記複数の板体の長孔に貫通配設することにより
略円形に開閉動可能とした料理用自在落し蓋にお
いて、上記ピン部材と係合すると共に、最下層と
なる板体の少なくとも一部に当接可能で且つ手動
操作により上記ピン部材との係合を外すことが可
能な把手を設けたことを特徴とする料理用自在落
し蓋。
