向手段の移動によつて所定角度範囲走査させるレ
ーザ走査光学系に於て、 前記半導体レーザを、前記反射偏向手段による
レーザビーム走査可能範囲内に配置すると共に、
前記半導体レーザに備えられたモニタダイオード
の出力信号のパルス成分を検出する水平同期検出
回路を備え、 前記レーザビームが前記半導体レーザ位置を走
査する際に前記モニタダイオードが該走査レーザ
ビームを検知して出力するパルス信号を、前記水
平同期検出回路で検出し、これを水平同期信号と
するよう構成したこと、を特徴とするレーザビー
ム走査位置検出装置。 (2) 半導体レーザからのレーザビームを反射偏
向手段の移動によつて所定角度範囲走査させるレ
ーザ走査光学系に於て、 前記反射偏向手段によるレーザビーム走査範囲
内の所定位置に、当該位置に於る走査レーザビー
ムと垂直に反射部材を配置すると共に、前記半導
体レーザに備えられたモニタダイオードの出力信
号のパルス成分を検出する水平同期検出回路を備
え、 前記レーザビームが前記反射部材位置を走査す
る際に該反射部材及び前記反射偏向手段により反
射されて前記半導体レーザに戻る当該走査レーザ
ビームを前記モニタダイオードが検知して出力す
るパルス信しを、前記水平同期検出回路で検出し
、これを水平同期信号とするよう構成したこと、
を特徴とするレーザビーム走査位置検出装置。
