を有するプレス製品をプレス機械のスライダの下
降に従つて下降する上型に設けられたカムドライ
バによつて駆動される下型のカムの加工部と下型
ダイの加工部との協働によつて成形するプレス金
型において、ダイの加工部が被加工物の外観面を
支承する外観面支持面から段差部成形面を介して
階段状に形成されたフランジ部成形面と、フラン
ジ部成形面の端縁からフランジ部成形面と交差す
る方向に延びる延設部成形面を有し、カムの加工
部がダイに形成した段差部成形面及びフランジ部
成形面と協働して被加工物の段差部及びフランジ
部を成形する曲げ刃と、カムに揺動可能に支持さ
れ、スライダの下降に伴つてダイに形成された摺
動面に案内されて順次揺動しつつ前記延設部形成
面に接近して延設部形成面と協働して延設部を折
曲形成する揺動駒を有することを特徴とするプレ
