Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect a bath tub hot water temperature without requiring any electrical wiring work by a method wherein the temperature of returning hot water in a returning pipe of a circulating reheating circuit near the bath tub is detected and then a detected temperature signal is transmitted in a wireless form with an electrical power got through a flowing water in the circulating reheating circuit being applied as a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 6 acting as a hot water temperature sensing sensor is disposed at a location in a returning pipe 4a in a circulating reheating circuit near a bath tub 1, an electrical power is generated by the water flowing through the circulating reheating circuit and then an electrical power generating and charging device 10 capable of storing the electrical power is disposed. A transmitting control circuit board 11 with the power generating and charging device 10 being applied as a power supply and a thermistor 6 are connected to each other. A signal from the thermistor 6 is transmitted through a transmitting part 12 to a receiving part stored in the remote controller 8.

The simplest bath apparatus as described above is constructed as shown in FIG. 2, and is configured to reheat the bath at a set temperature as shown in FIG. 3. That is, the second
In the figure, 1 indicates a bathtub, 1a indicates a circulation fitting for the bathtub,
The circulation fitting 1a and the reheating heat exchanger 3 disposed in the appliance 2 are connected via a circulation reheating circuit consisting of a return pipe 4a and an outgoing pipe 4b, and A pump 5 and a thermistor 6 for detecting hot water temperature are installed in the heating circuit, and when the boiling water temperature is set on a remote control (not shown) and the reheating switch is turned on, the pump 5 is driven to heat the water in the bathtub. While circulating the hot water, the temperature of the hot water is detected by the thermistor 6, and if the detected hot water temperature does not reach the set temperature, the burner (not shown) of the reheating heat exchanger 3 is ignited to perform reheating. When the set temperature is reached, the reheating operation is stopped and the pump 5 is also stopped. Note that Figures 2 and 3 show the simplest examples, but in reality, the water level in the bathtub and the boiling water temperature are set on the remote control for a bath device with a water heater. When the automatic operation switch is turned on, hot water with a temperature close to the set water temperature is drawn from the water heater and poured into the bathtub. When the water level in the bathtub reaches the set water level, the pouring of hot water is automatically stopped and the pump is turned on. The system is configured to drive the heater to perform reheating operation, and to perform heat retention operation as necessary.

According to the method shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, even if the bathtub 1 and the fixture 2 are located far apart, the hot water in the bathtub can be reheated, and the hot water in the bathtub can be circulated by the pump. Since the bath is reheated at the same time, the hot water in the bathtub can be stirred and heated to the set temperature.

However, as shown in FIG. 2, if the bathtub 1 and the appliance 2 are installed at a distance and the thermistor 6 is installed inside the appliance 2, the circulation reheating circuit will act as a heat radiator. Even though the water temperature Tl in the bathtub has reached the set water temperature, the water temperature T2 detected by the thermistor 6 is lower by 3 minutes of the heat dissipation molecule, and as a result, the bathtub water temperature rises higher than the set water temperature. There is a problem with this.

In order to eliminate such temperature errors, a thermistor 6 is installed in the return pipe 4a of the circulation reheating circuit near the bathtub 1, as shown in FIG. 8 (or a control section within the instrument). In FIG. 4, reference numeral 9 denotes a water flow switch which detects the flow of water when the pump 5 is driven and causes the burner of the reheating heat exchanger to burn.
