Claims (1)
- 加工機の上部および下部フレームにそれぞれ設
けられ前記上部および下部フレームの温度をそれ
ぞれ検出する２個の温度センサと、前記温度セン
サの検出温度を比較してその温度差に応じ熱源か
ら発生する温度を前記下部フレームに導入して温
度制御し前記上部および下部フレームの温度の平
衡を保持する温度制御ユニツトとを備えたことを
特徴とするフレーム温度平衡装置。
