Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面に可視情報表示欄を有し、裏面にヒー
トシール性接着剤を設けた宛先表示シートと、自
己発色性感圧複写シートの自己発色層の表面に熱
可塑性樹脂層を有し、また自己発色性感圧複写シ
ートの裏面に粘着剤を介して剥離紙を重合した荷
物貼着シートとからなり、前記宛先表示シートの
裏面に設けたヒートシール性接着剤と荷物貼着シ
ートの表面の熱可塑性樹脂層を対接して剥離可能
に熱圧着してなる配送用伝票。 (2) 重合する宛先表示シートと荷物貼着シート
との天地を同巾とし、左右にあつては、荷物貼着
シートの左端或は右端の少なくとも自己発色性感
圧複写シートの一部を切除し或は切除可能とした
請求項(1)記載の配送用伝票。 (3) 宛先表示シートに光学読取表示を設けてな
る請求項(1)及び(2)記載の配送用伝票。
