    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 周壁４上端縁より延設した頂壁５中央に注出口
    を設けるとともに、その外周縁より蓋係止筒部９
    を立設してなるキヤツプ本体２と、該本体２後部
    上端に後部下端を回動可能に連結してキヤツプ本
    体上面を開閉可能に設けるとともに、頂壁１３裏
    面より上記蓋係止筒部９に摺動嵌合する嵌合筒部
    １４を垂設してなる蓋体３とからなり、上記蓋体
    ３の周壁１２前部より所定間隔をもつて一対の支
    持突起１５を突設するとともに、各突起１５の下
    端内周面をキヤツプ本体周壁４外周上端に嵌合可
    能に構成し、各突起１５内側面より各々突設した
    破断可能な連結棒１６を介して両側面を連結した
    板状のシール部材１７を設け、該部材１７後面下
    端より突設した係止突起１８を、キヤツプ本体周
    壁４前部上端に突設した係合突起１０に脱離不能
    に押圧係合させてなることを特徴とする注出キヤ
    ツプ。
