Claims (1)
- ヒーターにより暖められ検査対象物体へ赤外線
を放射する金属板と、前記対象物体から反射され
た赤外線を電気信号に変換する赤外線センサーと
、前記電気信号から前記対象物体から反射された
赤外線量を一定レベルと比較してピンホールを検
出するピンホール検出部と、前記ピンホール検出
部によりピンホールを検出する箇所を前記対象物
体上で走査させる走査手段とを含むことを特徴と
するピンホール検査装置。
