    収装置。 (2) 排気装置３０は、シリカゲル等の吸着剤３
    ２を設けた第１の容器３１と、水等の液体３５を
    収容した第２の容器３４と、滴定セル３と第１の
    容器３１と第２の容器３４とを接続した導管３３
    ，３６とを有する請求項第(1)項記載の水分測定
    装置用の排気回収装置。 (3) 第１の容器３１および第２の容器３４より
    下流側には吸引空気源３７を接続してある請求項
