- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁ガスを封入したタンク内に、導体を絶縁ス
ペーサで支持して配置するようにしたガス絶縁電
力機器において、 上記絶縁スペーサの傾斜側面に対する部分放電
で発生した超音波反射波の到達範囲を、超音波セ
ンサの検出範囲内とする対応位置に、上記超音波
センサを設置して構成したことを特徴とするガス
絶縁電力機器の予測保全装置。
