Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上部に開口部を有する開放型断熱容器２の上
部に寒冷発生部４を断熱容器２内に突入させた状
態で極低温冷凍機５のコールドヘツド３を配置し
、断熱容器２内の上部に通気性を有する断熱材８
を配置して、断熱容器２の内外を断熱材８を介し
て連通させたことを特徴とする液体空気製造・維
持装置。 ２ 開放型断熱容器２の上部開口部を蓋体１３で
閉塞し、この蓋体１３に寒冷発生部４を断熱容器
２内に突入させた状態で極低温冷凍機５のコール
ドヘツド３を配置し、この蓋体１３を貫通する状
態に水分吸着剤１４を配置固定して、蓋体１３の
内外を水分吸着剤１４を介して連通させたことを
特徴とする液体空気製造・維持装置。
