  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 画像記録部に用紙を搬送する搬送系と、該搬送
    系を駆動する駆動手段と、ジヤムを検知するジヤ
    ム検知手段と、本体のカバーオープンを検知する
    カバーオープン検知手段と、前記駆動手段の動作
    を操作パネルより操作する操作制御手段を有した
    画像記録装置において、 前記操作制御手段は、前記ジヤム検知手段によ
    りジヤムを検知し、かつ前記カバーオープン検知
    手段によりカバーオープンを検知したとき、前記
    操作パネルを操作することにより前記駆動手段の
    駆動を可能にするものであることを特徴とした画
    像記録装置におけるジヤム処理装置。
