Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負荷の通電回路の過電流を検出した時、通電回
路への通電を停止して通電回路を保護する過電流
保護回路において、 負荷とアースとの間に電界効果トランジスタを
介装して該電界効果トランジスタのドレイン電圧
が所定値以上になつた時、前記電界効果トランジ
スタをオフする制御手段を備えたことを特徴とす
る過電流保護回路。
