- 空胴外囲器とドリフト管で形成された共振空胴
内に金属線支持体の外周溝に弾性を有する金属線
を前記共振空胴上下内壁面に接触するように捲い
た可動同調素子を配置した空胴共振器を備えた多
空胴形クライストロンにおいて、前記可動同調素
子の左右両端面に前記共振空胴の左右内壁面に接
するように設けた金属球とこの金属球を前記共振
空胴の左右内壁面に押しつけるスプリングとを有
することを特徴とする多空胴形クライストロン。
