  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電解質を含浸したマトリツクスを挟んで、液体
    燃料及び流体酸化剤の流通路が形成された一対の
    リブ付電極を配置して成り、前記各流通路に燃料
    及び酸化剤が流通している条件下で電気エネルギ
    ーを出力する単位セルを、ガス分離板を介して複
    数個積層して構成した燃料電池において、 前記ガス分離板が予め耐熱・耐リン酸性の樹脂
    で開口気孔部が封止された多孔質材料から構成さ
    れていることを特徴とする燃料電池。
