Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光層を間に挟んで一対の電極を重合させ
、一方の電極を分割形成し、基板上に設けた各分
離導体パターンと前記分割形成した各電極とを基
板に形成したスルーホールを用いて電気的に接続
したＥＬ表示パネルにおいて、分割形成した各電
極上に当該電極を構成する金属以外の導電性金属
からなる層を設けたことを特徴とするＥＬ表示パ
ネル。 (2) 前記導電性金属がアルミニウム、クロム、
銀、ニツケル、金及びこれら各金属の合金から選
ばれることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のＥＬ表
示パネル。 (3) 前記分割形成した電極が銅及びその合金か
らなることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のＥＬ表
示パネル。
