- 電子ビームの透過調整に用いるアノード電源を
含む進行波管用電源装置において、直流に交流の
電圧を重畳したヘリツクス電源と、前記交流電圧
に同期したトリガ発生回路と、トリガ信号の位相
を変える回路と、このトリガ信号に同期したパル
ス電圧を発生するアノード電源と、ヘリツクス電
流波形をモニタする回路とを備えている進行波管
用電源装置。
