体ブロツク、２ａは開放側端面、３は貫通孔、４
は内導電膜、５は外導電膜、７は凹部、８はスト
レ電極である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体ブロツクに貫通孔を形成し、該貫通孔の
    内表面に内導電膜を形成するとともに、上記誘電
    体ブロツクの開放側端面を除く外表面に外導電膜
    を形成してなる誘電体共振器において、上記誘電
    体ブロツクの開放側端面の上記貫通孔を囲む部分
    を段落状に凹設し、該凹部に上記内導電膜に接続
    されるストレ電極を形成したことを特徴とする誘
    電体共振器。
