When the scale plate is installed, it is inevitable that a positional error will occur, making it impossible to indicate an accurate position. There was a problem. Also, the "open" of the scale plate,
Since the "Closed" display is fixed, different types of scale plates are required when rotating the output shaft in the same direction to switch from "Open" to "Closed" and from "Closed" to "Open". There was a problem in that a large number of scale plates had to be prepared.

り解決した。Solution Means and Effects The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems by using a piston,
a cylinder portion that reciprocally accommodates the piston; an output shaft that is rotatably supported by the cylinder portion and extends in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder portion; and a piston that connects the piston and the output shaft. and a connecting member for converting reciprocating linear motion of the output shaft into reciprocating rotational motion of the output shaft, the rotary actuator includes a connecting member that protrudes outward from a support portion of the cylinder portion for supporting the free end side of the output shaft. A pedestal part is provided, the pedestal part has a rectangular outline part and a recessed part surrounded by the outline part, and the recessed part is arranged symmetrically about a plane passing through the center of the output shaft and orthogonal to the axis of the cylinder part. The problem was solved by a rotary actuator characterized in that two sets of scales are integrally formed as protrusions at predetermined angular intervals, and a pointer is attached to the output shaft so that the position can be changed.

行うことが可能である。 According to the present invention, the indicator scale plate indicating the rotation angle of the output shaft is formed as a pedestal having a rectangular contour and a recess surrounded by the contour. Scales are integrally formed in the recessed portion of the pedestal portion as protrusions at predetermined angular intervals symmetrically about a plane passing through the center of the output shaft and perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder portion. Therefore, the installation error of the scale plate has been eliminated. In addition, the scale is formed as a protrusion that is arranged symmetrically at predetermined angular intervals around a plane that passes through the center of the output shaft and is orthogonal to the axis of the cylinder. When switching from "open" to "closed" and "closed" in the same direction of rotation.
It is possible to easily and appropriately change the switch from "open" to "open".

On the second support portion 5 into which the metal 7 is press-fitted, scales 20 indicating the rotation angle of the output shaft 8 by a pointer 19 attached to the output shaft 8 are integrally molded at predetermined angular intervals. The second support part 5 is formed as a base part on the mounting seat 22 of the cylinder case 3, and has a recess around the part where the metal 7 is press-fitted in order to reduce excess material and to reduce the occurrence of blowholes during casting. Since it is formed as a metal press-fit part, a protruding rib part is provided to reinforce the metal press-fit part. The rib portion also serves as a scale.

る。 The square hole of the pointer 19 is inserted into the connecting end 8a of the output shaft 8 having a square cross section, and the pointer 19 is fixed by a stopper 21. Generally, by rotating the output shaft 8 by 90 degrees, a valve connected to the output shaft 8 is opened and closed, a switch is opened and closed, and so on. The pointer 19 can be used to point to the scale on the right side or the scale on the left side of the plane orthogonal to the cylinder axis. For example, if the output shaft 8 is switched from the closed position to the open position by clockwise rotation while pointing to the scale on the right side, the output shaft 8 is switched from open to closed by counterclockwise rotation. In this state, if you change the position of the pointer 19 so that it points to the scale on the left, the output shaft can be used as a scale so that it switches from open to closed when rotated clockwise and from closed to open when rotated counterclockwise. can.
For this purpose, it is preferable to write open/close symbols at opposite positions in a plane perpendicular to the cylinder axis. In FIG. 1, "open" is indicated by the symbol "O" and "closed" by the symbol "S". There is an advantage that the pointer 19 can be easily adapted by simply changing the attachment state of the pointer 19 according to the opening/closing direction of the member attached to the output shaft 8.

反時計方向に回動する。 When the solenoid section 70 is energized, the valve body 79 of the valve section 42 switches the flow path, and when compressed air acts on the pilot flow path 56, the spool 90 moves to the right in the figure, and the air supply port 47 is moved to the third annular position. The first output port 4 is connected to the groove 48 and the second annular groove 53.
Connect with 2. At this time, the third annular groove 48 and the fourth annular groove 54 are closed, and the fourth annular groove 54 and the fifth annular groove 52 communicate with each other, so that the second output port 45 is connected to the second exhaust port 51. The compressed air connected and acting on the piston 2a side of the rotary actuator is discharged. Therefore, the first output port 4
4. As compressed air is supplied through the opening 23 and the flow path 24, the piston 2 of the rotary actuator moves to the left in the figure, and the shaft 8 rotates counterclockwise in FIG.

Although the figure shows a cartridge-type valve body already proposed by the present applicant in which the valve seat and the valve body are housed in one small frame 84, the present invention is not limited to this.
It may be formed integrally with 8.

As a result, the compressed air acting on the spool 46 through the pilot passage 56 is discharged through the exhaust passage 78. In the illustrated example, the exhaust port is provided in the lid portion 55, and the exhaust path 78 is exhausted from the exhaust port 86 provided in the lid portion 55. At this time, the pressure of the compressed air from the air supply port 47, which is constantly acting on the cylindrical hole 58 of the spool 90, returns to the position shown in the figure and is held to the left in the figure.

Compressed air flows through the flow path 24, the opening 23, the first output port 44, and the first annular groove 5.

In such a case, if air pressure is acting on only one of the piston parts 2a and 2b in the cylinder casing 3, the output shaft 8 cannot be easily rotated. At this time, turn the knob 65 of the bypass valve 64 to open the bypass passage 63 and close the first output port 44.
By communicating between the piston and the second output port 45, the forces acting on the piston portions 2a and 2b are balanced within the cylinder casing 3. Therefore, in this state, the output shaft 8 can be easily rotated by hand.

When a device that is switched to open (O) by the energization of solenoid 2 is connected to the output shaft 8, the pointer 19 should be installed at a position 180 degrees off from the position shown in the figure, as shown by the chain line. In this state, counterclockwise rotation of the output shaft 8 switches from closed to open.

Moreover, since the scale is integrally formed on the cylinder casing in advance, it is possible to provide the scale at an accurate position, and the problem of mounting errors that occurs with scale plates in the system of attaching the scale plate later can be solved.
