Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の超音波振動子のそれぞれをバツキン
グ材料で被覆して構成する超音波探触子組立体に
おいて、前記バツキング材料が、各超音波振動子
が収容されるべきスペースを形成するための突起
部を複数個有するバツキング形成金型を用いて製
造され、前記バツキング材料の各スペースに各超
音波振動子が挿入されることにより製造されるこ
とを特徴とする超音波探触子組立体。 (2) 請求項第１項に於いて、前記バツキング材
料がコルク材で構成されることを特徴とする超音
波探触子組立体。 (3) 請求項第１項に於いて、前記バツキング材
料が発泡性樹脂で構成されることを特徴とする超
音波探触子組立体。
