Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 蓋を備えた筒状の容器と、 前記容器の内径より小径で漬物の上に載置され
    る加圧板と、 前記加圧板と前記蓋との間に介装され、水圧に
    より前記筒状の容器の軸方向に伸縮させられる加
    圧袋と、 バルブを備え、前記加圧袋に給水するとともに
    所定の圧力で加圧し、且つ該加圧袋内の水を排水
    する加圧排水装置と を備えて構成されたことを特徴とする漬物加工装
    置。 (2) 蓋を備えた筒状の容器と、 前記容器の内壁を隙間と有して内設され、複数
    の流出孔が設けられた隔離壁と、 前記隔離壁の内側に投入される漬物と前記蓋と
    の間に介装され、水圧により前記筒状の容器の軸
    方向に伸縮させられる加圧袋と、 バルブを備え、前記加圧袋に給水するとともに
    所定の圧力で加圧し、且つ該加圧袋内の水を排水
    する加圧排水装置と を備えて構成されたことを特徴とする漬物加工装
    置。
