    空ポンプにおいて、前記ネジ山のガス吸引下流側
    端面の位置を前記ロータのガス吸引下流側端面の
    位置より短かくなる側にずらし、前記ネジ山のガ
    ス吸引下流側端面の根元部に凹Ｒ部を設けて形成
    することを特徴とする真空ポンプ。
