クス信号が記録されているビデオテープを再生す
る磁気記録再生装置において、 上記ビデオテープ上のインデツクス信号を検出
するインデツクス信号検出回路と、 上記ビデオテープの再生信号から番組識別情報
を検出する番組識別情報検出回路と、 上記再生信号を再生映像信号に変換するととも
に、上記番組識別情報検出回路で検出された番組
識別情報を文字映像信号に変換し、上記インデツ
クス信号検出回路でインデツクス信号が検出され
た後に、再生映像信号と共にこの番組識別情報の
文字映像信号を出力する映像信号発生手段とを備
