- 磁気ヘツド装置の端子基板において、該端子基
板はフイルム状のフレキシブル基板と、該フレキ
シブル基板に配設されて電極部を形成する配線パ
ターンとからなり、該配線パターンの電極部は漏
斗状に形成されたことを特徴とする磁気ヘツド装
置の端子基板。
