(Prior art) Conventional noise prevention filters include a single coil such as a normal multi-yoke coil or a common multi-yoke coil using a winding frame with pin terminals, and a box made of metal or insulating material with input/output terminals. There is a filter assembly in which circuit elements are housed in a shaped case and wired to a filter circuit. Among these noise prevention filters, a model suitable for the noise to be prevented is selected and used by connecting it to a predetermined position of the equipment.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) If the noise prevention function is insufficient in the equipment in which the above-mentioned noise prevention filter assembly is arranged and connected, it is possible to combine this filter assembly with an additional circuit element (for example, a single coil). Even if the prevention function can be supplemented by the conventional filter assembly structure, it is difficult to connect and arrange the additional circuit elements, so it is preferable to use a filter assembly in which completely separate additional circuit elements are pre-assembled. Either used or replaced with a new filter assembly selected.

The input/output terminal 5 may have the structure shown in FIG. 2. Fig. 2a shows the case where slots are provided in the socket 7, and Fig. 2b shows the case where semicircular cuts are made on the outer peripheral surface of the socket 7 at slight intervals, and the semi-cylindrical part between the cuts is made. This is a case where the center is recessed inward, and in both cases, the receptacle 7 is recessed due to the elasticity of the terminal material.

The filter assembly 10 is mounted on a desired circuit board through the pin terminal portion 6 as a noise prevention filter consisting only of capacitors, and can be easily reassembled into a new filter circuit while remaining mounted. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, first remove the conductor 11,
Instead, the pin terminal type common yoke coil 12 can be inserted into the sockets 7 of the input/output terminals 5a to 5d to create a filter assembly with improved noise prevention function. Figure 5 shows the equivalent circuit diagram,
The additionally connected common chain yoke coil 12 is shown surrounded by a broken line. The common yoke coil 12 consists of windings 15 and 16 arranged on a winding frame 13 with a pin terminal 14 so that their magnetic fluxes cancel each other out, and a shaped core 17.
It is made by assembling. FIG. 4 shows the ears that fit into the grooves 4 of the case 1 and the input/output terminals 5a to 5.
Although the case 1 has been shown in which the cover plate 18 having a through hole into which d is loosely fitted is assembled to the case 1, it goes without saying that the cover plate 18 may be omitted.

is integrally formed in the center of the short side. The input/output terminals 5a to 5d and the ground terminal 9 are inserted into the projections 2a to 2d and 3 in the same manner as described in connection with FIG. A shaped relay terminal 19 is inserted with the socket 7 disposed near the upper opening of the case 1.

FIG. 7 shows a filter assembly 20 in which circuit elements are housed in the case 1 of FIG. Connect the two normal yoke coils 21 to the terminals 5a, 5b and the relay terminal 19, and connect the capacitor C x to the relay terminal 19.
Connect two capacitors Cy to terminals 5c, 5d and ground terminal 9, and connect terminals 5c, 5d to relay terminal 19.
This is a filter assembly 20 suitable for preventing ripples, in which a shaped conductor 11 is inserted and connected to a socket 7 of the filter. This filter assembly 20 can be connected to the common chain yoke coil while being attached to the circuit board.
That is, by removing the conductor 11 in FIG. 7 and inserting and connecting the common chain yoke coil 12 shown in FIG. 4 in its place, it is possible to reassemble the filter circuit into a filter circuit that can prevent both ripple and spike noise.

The circuit elements housed in the case 1 are not limited to the illustrated filter assemblies 10 and 20. For example, in FIG. 7, instead of the two normal multi-yoke coils 21, a common-ch yoke coil in which the windings are bifilar-wound on a toroidal core is housed and connected to the relay terminal 19 and the terminals 5c and 5d.
A filter assembly for common mode noise may be constructed by replacing the conductor 11 with the socket 7 between the terminals 5a, 5b and the relay terminal 19.In the case of this filter assembly, the coil frame 13 with pin terminal shown in FIG. A normal multi-yoke coil in which two windings are wound so that their magnetic fluxes add up, and Case 1 shown in Figure 1.
A filter assembly containing two normal multi-yoke coils can be additionally connected to the filter assembly.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, it is possible to easily connect and arrange additional circuit elements to the filter assembly, so the advantage is that an optimal filter circuit can be constructed quickly and inexpensively when the noise environment fluctuates. Moreover, there is a significant economic effect in that the number of types of filter assemblies to be prepared can be reduced compared to the conventional method, and the amount of inventory can be reduced.
