Claims (1)
- 赤外線を検出する素子と、上記素子を内部に搭
載し、内部を真空にできる二重円筒構造をした容
器と、上記二重円筒構造の内筒を、気体の圧力に
より変形する支持体により支える構造とを備えた
ことを特徴とする赤外線検出器。
