Claims (1)
- 熱電対をガラス管内に挿入した測温部を紙管先
端や内部の溶鋼サンプル室に配したサブランスプ
ローブにおいて、前記測温部を錐形状あるいは所
要厚さのガラスブロツクの先端を先細り形状と成
すと共に前記形状と成した測温部の先端に熱電対
の温接点を挿入しガラスモールドして配置したこ
とを特徴とするサブランスプローブ。
