  1. 発熱抵抗体とそれを駆動するためのスイツチン
    グ回路を同一シリコン基板内に有し、かつ、前記
    発熱抵抗体あるいはその周辺の配線の断線および
    抵抗値変化を検出する回路を同一基板上に有する
    ことを特徴とするサーマルインクジエツトヘツド
    。
