Claims (1)
- 機台の片隅に回転駆動される丸刃を設け、該丸
刃に向けてレールを案内として往復駆動される肉
箱を有し、該肉箱には、一定方向回転のワンウエ
イクラツチを内蔵し、かつ先端に転子を軸支する
ピンを固定させたラチエツトアームと上下に肉送
り用のコンベヤを装着した肉送り装置を有し、機
台に設けた厚み調節装置のカムに前記ラチエツト
アームの先端の転子を肉箱１往復ごとに当接させ
て肉箱の肉送り装置を駆動する食肉スライサーに
おいて、ラチエツトアーム先端のピンとカムとの
間の高さ方向に、隙間を設けたことを特徴とする
食肉スライサーにおける肉送り駆動装置。
