ーム、８は上部コンベア、１６はノブ、１６ａは
円筒部、１７はポールピン、１７ａは大径部、１
７ｂは小径部、１７ｃは二面幅、１８は支点穴、
１９は切欠き部、２０は孔、２１は肉塊、２２は
スプリングである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機台の片隅に回転駆動される丸刃と該丸刃に向
    けて往復駆動する肉箱を機台上に設け、前記肉箱
    の両側板の外側に設けた支点には奥側アームと前
    側アームをそれぞれ支承し、前記奥側アームと前
    側アーム間に上部コンベアを装着して上部肉送り
    装置を構成し、前記上部肉送り装置は前記丸刃側
    に揺動自在となり、前記前側アームは肉箱の前側
    側板の支点から着脱自在にして前記上部肉送り装
    置を肉箱の奥箱の奥側へ揺動自在にした食肉スラ
    イサーにおいて、前記前側アームの支点部には丸
    形の支点穴と切欠き部からなる孔を形成し、前記
    前側側板の外側に前記前側アームの支点として同
    軸心の大径部と小径部を有するポールピンを固定
    し、前記大径部には切欠きに遊嵌する径寸法の二
    面幅を形成し、前記ポールピンの小径部に端面に
    円筒部を有するノブを大径部側に常時押圧するよ
    うに遊嵌し、前記ノブの円筒部の端面には面取り
    部を形成し、前側アームの切欠き部の先端部には
    前記ノブの面取り部と係合するように面取り部を
    形成したことを特徴とする食肉スライサーの上部
    肉送り装置。
