Claims (1)
- 顕微鏡等に用いられるスライドガラスにおいて
、第一の透明板と第二の透明板とからなり、前記
第一の透明板の表面に格子状に直交してなる複数
のＶ字溝を形成する一方、第二の透明板の表面に
前記Ｖ字溝の各端部と対応する位置にＬＥＤチツ
プを配設するとともに該ＬＥＤチツプに給電を図
るメタルパターンを配設し、第一の透明板と第二
の透明板とを封止材を介して積層したことを特徴
とするスライドガラス。
