Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 対向する透明な基板により液晶物質が挟み込ま
れ、上記基板の各々の内面には、上記液晶物質に
電圧を印加する対向透明電極が形成された液晶表
示素子において、 上記対向透明電極は、一方が他方よりも電極厚
さが薄く、上記電極厚さは各々の対向透明電極に
必要な面積抵抗値の範囲によつて決定されること
を特徴とする液晶表示素子。
