- 基板上に互いに平行なスルーホール列を２列形
成し、一方の列のスルーホールとこれに対向する
他方の列のスルーホールとを、基板の表面側パタ
ーンと裏面側パターンとを交互に用いて全スルー
ホールを直列に接続したことを特徴とする基板一
体型インダクタ。
