Claims (1)
- 内部に金属を設置したレーザー管と、レーザー
管の両端に配置した電極と、前記レーザ管に接続
したガス供給系とを少くとも有する金属蒸気レー
ザーにおいて、金属を含浸させた密度が粗となる
円筒形部材とアルミナ管とを交互に複数個接続し
て前記レーザ管を構成したことを特徴とする金属
蒸気レーザー。
