通路を熱交換媒体が蛇行状に流通するように、少
なくとも一方のヘツダー内部を仕切る仕切板が設
けられた熱交換器であつて、 前記ヘツダーは両側縁部が外側開口幅を内側開
口幅より大とするテーパ面をなす周方向のスリツ
ト状開口部を有する一方、 前記仕切板は、ヘツダーの外周に適合する外側
半周部を有するとともに、この外側半周部に沿う
縁部がスリツト状開口部の外広がり形状に対応し
た末広がりの断面形状に形成され、 かつ該仕切板がスリツト状開口部を介してヘツ
ダー内に嵌入配置された状態で該ヘツダーにろう
付け一体化されてなることを特徴とする熱交換器
