    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. インクを吐出する吐出口と、該吐出口に連通し
    たインク流路と、該インク流路内部に設けられた
    熱作用部を有するサーマルインクジエツトヘツド
    において、前記熱作用部が、中央部を低抵抗領域
    とした体積抵抗率の異なる複数の抵抗領域を有す
    るとともに、前記抵抗領域がイオンの注入により
    形成されていることを特徴とするサーマルインク
    ジエツトヘツド。
