るとともに、スライド栓の天部側が外気と連通し
、かつ内筒内面の所定位置に縦方向の空気通路が
形成され、スライド栓が合口側に前進してスライ
ド栓の天部側端が該空気通路に達すると内筒内部
が外気と連通することを特徴とする筆記具用キヤ
