縮電磁力がかかる。この場合にシングルパンケー
キ2間接続部は直接圧縮力による変位が生じ、変
形や変形による特性劣化および破損の重大な事故
を生じる要因となる。このような現象は超電導電

圧縮力に耐えるようになり、パンケーキコイル間
接続部が巻線張力および圧縮力に耐えることを可
能とした超電導線輪を得ることができる。

また従来、シングルパンケーキ2間は巻線時にレ
ヤーシヨート等の異状が発生していても巻線後に
チエツクすることができないのみならず、その異
状に対する対策を行うこともできずに、ダブルパ
ンケーキが使用できなくなつてしまう。これに対
し本実施例の場合は第2図にも示されているよう
にシングルパンケーキ2としてでき上がるので、
裏,表共に異状部のチエツクが可能で、かつ異状
に対する対策も行い易くなり、各種の信頼性試験
実施後にシングルパンケーキ2の組立てが可能と
なる。また、接続用部片5間を接続片3aで接続
するようにしたので、シングルパンケーキ2を重
ね合せた時点で雇,治具等によりその軸方向に、
運転時に加わる電磁力に同等または近似の圧縮力
を付加した状態で接続できるようになつて、運転
時に圧縮力がかかつても変位が殆んど生じないよ
うになり、シングルパンケーキ2間接続部の変形
や破損の発生が防止できる。このようにシングル
パンケーキ2間接続部の変形や破損の発生が防止
できるようになつたので、クエンチの発生が防止
でき、性能の安定した超電導線輪を得ることがで
