Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の背景 発明の分野 本発明は引裂きに対して特に抵抗性がありかつ
より柔軟さをもつた使い捨ておしめに関するもの
である。
在来技術の説明 従来製造されている使い捨ておしめはトツプシ
ートと裏打シートとの間に配置した吸収材パツド
集成部品を用いる。この吸収材パツド集成部品は
そのトツプと底に詰綿（wadding）シートを含ん
でいる。吸収材パツド集成部品を安定化するため
には、冷接着剤または熱熔融接着剤を吸収材パツ
ド集成部品の詰綿シートとトツプシートまたは裏
打シートまたはその両者との間に使用した。詰綿
シートを使用するとおしめを柔軟さを減らし、そ
して、接着剤の使用はさらにおしめの柔軟さを減
少させる。
吸収材パツド集成部品は通常は比較的ばらばら
でかつほとんど引裂抵抗のない木材羽毛の一つま
たは一つより多くのパツドを使用した。
結合剤は過去においては吸収材パツドを詰綿シ
ートへ安定化させるために使用されてきて、それ
によつて柔軟さがさらに低下する。
発明の総括 本発明はその目的として在来技術の使い捨てお
しめの欠点をおしめを引裂抵抗性にしながらその
柔軟さを増すことによつて克服することである。
このことは、本発明に従い、一つの吸収材パツ
ドまたは二重パツドをトツプシートとポリエチレ
ンまたはポリプロピレンの耐水性フイルムの裏打
シートとの間に配置することによつて達成され
る。結合剤を上記パツドまたは二重パツドの下方
パツドと上記裏打シートとの間、およびパツドま
たは裏打シートのいずれかの上またはそれらの両
方の上にスプレーして、パツドを裏打シートへ安
定化させる。結合剤はパツドの吸収材物質に浸透
して吸収材物質を裏打シートへくつつける。
図面の簡単な説明 第１図は本発明に従つて構成される使い捨てお
しめの分解断面図であり、第２図は第１図に類似
の図面であつて二重パツド集成部品を用いる一つ
の変形具体化である。
発明の詳細説明 第１図に示す本発明の具体化をはじめに参照す
ると、参照番号１０は一般的に本発明の概念に従
つてつくつたおしめを表わしている。このおしめ
はトツプシート１２、裏打シート１４、および、
トツプシート１２と裏打シート１４との間に配置
した一つの吸収材パツド、を含んでいる。トツプ
シート１２と裏打シート１４とは相互に実質上そ
れらの周縁の周りで慣用の接合手段によつて結合
され、これらの手段は接着剤、熱的結合または音
波結合、あるいは他の慣用的手段を含んでいてよ
い。
トツプシート１２はポリエチレンまたはポリプ
ロピレンまたは両者の組合せの不織フアイバーの
ような疏水性材料でつくつてよい。
裏打シート１４はポリエチレンまたはポリプロ
ピレンのフイルムのような耐水性材料のものであ
る。
吸収材パツド１６は詰綿シートを存在させない
でおしめを明確により柔軟にさせることを特徴と
する。このパツドは当業において知られている超
吸収材ポリマーを併用または併用しないで木材羽
毛でつくつてもよい。木材羽毛は引裂に対して本
質上より抵抗性があるゆるく詰めた物質である。
結合剤溶液は裏打シート１４とパツド１６の下
側との間にスプレーされる。このスプレーは裏打
シート１４の上、吸収材パツド１６の下側、また
は両者に向けられ、そして、吸収材パツド１６に
浸透してパツド１６を安定化しかつ該パツド１６
の上部部分にある木材羽毛すらも、裏打シートへ
直接にかまたは木材羽毛の他のフアイバーを通し
て間接的にくつつける。
もちろん、結合剤スプレーは好ましくは全パツ
ド面積へ施こしてよく、あるいはパツド１６の選
択部分のみの上に部分的にスプレーしてよい。
おしめをつくる際には、結合剤スプレーは連続
的であることも間けつ的であることもでき、吸収
材パツド１６のフアイバー湿潤性を増す界面活性
剤を含んでいてもよい。
ここで第２図において示す本発明の具体化を参
照すると、ここではおしめは一般的に参照番号４
０で示されている。トツプシート４２と裏打シー
ト４４は第１図において示されるトツピシート１
２と裏打シート１４と同じである。単一の吸収材
パツドの代りに、二重パツド集成部品４６が用い
られ、トツプシート４２と裏打シート４４との間
に配置されている。この二重パツド集成部品は上
部パツド４８と下部パツド５０とを含み、そして
詰綿シートを使用しないことを特徴としそれによ
つておしめ４０を詰綿シート使用の在来法のおし
めよりも柔軟にする。
パツド４８と５０は同一寸法であつても異なる
寸法でもよく、そして異種材料であつても同種材
料であつてもよく、そして密度および厚さが同一
であつても異つていてもよい。パツド４８と５０
は木材羽毛で形成されるのが好ましく、超吸収材
ポリマーで以て任意的に処理することができる。
液状結合剤のスプレーはパツド５０と裏打シー
ト４４との間へ施こされる。このスプレーは裏打
シート４４の上、あるいはパツド５０の上、ある
いは両者の上へ向けられてよく、そしてスプレー
は吸収木材羽毛物質へ浸透して直接または間接に
木材羽毛のフアイバーを裏打シートへくつつけて
全パツド５０を安全化する。このことはおしめの
柔軟性をさらに小さくする接着剤の必要を除くも
のである。結合剤物質はおしめを引裂に対して抵
抗性にするのに役立つ。界面活性剤はパツドフア
イバーの湿潤性を増すために結合剤と一緒に用い
ることができる。
この構成は平坦長方形のおしめ、ボツクス・プ
リーツ形態のおしめ、あるいはコンタウアー型お
しめ、のようないかなる形状または様式のおしめ
において使用してよく、そして弾力性のないおし
め並びに弾性を付与した二叉部材および（また
は）ウエストバンド部材をもつ弾力性おしめへ等
しく適用できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明に従つて構成した使い捨ておし
めの分解組立断面図であり、第２図は第１図に類
似の図面であつて二重パツド集成部品を用いる一
つの変形具体化を示す。 １２，４２……トツプシート、１４，４４……
裏打シート、１６，４８，５０……パツド、４８
……二重パツド。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ トツプシートと防水性裏打シートとの間に配
    置した吸収材パツドからなり、該吸収材パツドは
    詰綿シートを存在させないでおしめの柔軟さを改
    善することを特徴とし、かつ、該吸収材パツドを
    該裏打シートへ安定化させるための、該吸収パツ
    ド及び該裏打シートとの間にスプレーされた液状
    結合剤からなる、使い捨ておしめ。 ２ 前記結合剤を前記吸収材パツド上に施す、特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の使い捨ておしめ。 ３ 前記結合剤を前記裏打シート上に施す、特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の使い捨ておしめ。 ４ 前記裏打シートがポリエチレン又はポリプロ
    ピレンのフイルムである、特許請求の範囲第１項
    記載の使い捨ておしめ。 ５ 前記吸収材パツドが木材羽毛の素材を含み、
    前記結合剤が該木材羽毛に浸透して前記パツドの
    実質上すべてのスプレー領域と裏打シートとを一
    緒にくつつける、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使
    い捨ておしめ。 ６ トツプシートとポリエチレン又はポリプロピ
    レンのフイルムの防水性裏打シートとの間に位置
    する吸収材二重パツド集成部品からなり、該パツ
    ド集成部品が詰綿シートを存在させないでおしめ
    の柔軟さを増すことを特徴とし、該吸収パツド集
    成部品が上側及び下側のパツドを含み、かつ、該
    下側パツドと該裏打シートとを安定化させるため
    の、前記下側パツドと前記裏打シートとの間に配
    置した結合剤からなる、使い捨ておしめ。 ７ 前記結合剤を前記下側パツドの下側上にスプ
    レーする、特許請求の範囲第６項記載の使い捨て
    おしめ。 ８ 前記結合剤を前記裏打シート上にスプレーす
    る、特許請求の範囲第６項記載の使い捨ておし
    め。 ９ 前記の下側吸収材パツドが木材羽毛でできて
    おり、前記結合剤が該木材羽毛に浸透して実質上
    すべての該木材羽毛を前記裏打シートへくつつけ
    る、特許請求の範囲第６項記載の使い捨ておし
    め。 １０ トツプシートと防水性裏打シートとの間に
    詰綿シートを使用せずに吸収材パツド集性部品を
    配置し、次いで、該吸収剤パツドと前記裏打シー
    トとの間に液状結合剤をスプレーして該結合剤が
    吸収材パツドに浸透して該パツドを安定化させ、
    かつ、該パツドを前記裏打シートへくつつけるよ
    うにする、各工程からなる、使い捨ておしめの製
    造方法。 １１ 前記結合剤を前記吸収材パツド上にスプレ
    ーする、特許請求の範囲第１０項記載の使い捨て
    おしめの製造方法。 １２ 前記結合剤を前記裏打シート上にスプレー
    する、特許請求の範囲第１０項記載の使い捨てお
    しめの製造方法。
